We believe in using drama to reach out to communicate truth in a fresh and creative way. We also believe that drama can play a valuable role in the lives of believers in the Bay Area community. Michelle Peters, Producer and Director, Jerome "Smoke" Caldwell, Co-Director & the Victory Drama Ministry has performed three hit plays, written by Michelle Peters that are being talked about all over the community; "Candy, Ain't Always Sweet" and "Faith, Hope and Charity" and "The Sam Cooke Story." Most theatrical productions are performed at the Alice Arts Theater and have been sponsored by the Victory Baptist Church, in partnership with the Oakland NAACP, Bill Graham Foundation, Clorox Foundation and the City of Oakland Cultural Arts Department. The Victory Drama Ministry is a gifted ministry and called by God to use their gifts to serve our congregation and the community through drama. Drama Ministry Press Releases: |
